I love making new friends, so I’m really glad you’re stopping by my blog to say “hello.” And if you’re already a friend of mine, welcome back.
My name is Wendy, and I found out about “One World, One Heart” event from a dear friend I met in the blogosphere, Abi Monroe, (who’s also participating in “OWOH”) and I knew I had to sign up.
Since this is the “Fifth and Final” event, I’m going to run with the theme of five today. I thought it might be fun to describe myself with five qualities, so that you can get to know me a little better…
I’m…..ROMANTIC
I’m…..NATURAL
I’m…..DREAMY
I’m……QUIRKY
And I’m……WISTFUL

My gift that one of you will win, is a total of five beautiful items… I am not an artist in the “traditional” sense of the word, so I carefully selected five hand-made pieces by artists I discovered on Etsy as well as an artist who is a wonderful friend.
Below is the whole package that one of you will win…
A mask for mystery, a book charm to honor a favorite book, a scarf created with magick and love to keep yourself warm and toasty, a snowflake bracelet to adorn a Winter Queen’s wrist and star earrings to remind yourself that no goal is out of reach.
Theresa, from “Faerie Moon Creations” is a friend I’ve made through the blogging world and she created the gorgeous jewelry and scarf that one lucky person will receive. If you know her and the art she makes than I don’t have to say anymore about how wonderful she is and how beautiful her art is. For those of you who don’t know Theresa yet, I think you’re going to be over the moon with the items I’ve chosen for this giveaway. She’s also participating in this event, so be sure to stop by and say “hi.”
Below are closer photos of all the items included;
So, “what do I need to do to have a chance to win these treasures?” you may be asking. Here are the rules:
1) Leave a comment with your name and a way to contact you if you win.
2) You DON’T have to be participating in the “One World, One Heart” event with your own blog post to win, but you do need to have an established blog as we’re all celebrating the craft of blogging here.
I’ll announce the winner on February 17th (when this event is over), both here on my blog as well as contacting you, so be sure to enter before that date if you’d like to win and don’t forget to leave your contact information in your comment.
And please only one comment per person.
And this isn’t a “rule,” or mandatory in any way to enter for my give away, but I would love it you would leave five words that describe you in your comment, so that I can know you better. This won’t give you an extra chance to win, it’s just a whimsical way to know YOU better.
I’ll be using an online random number generator to select the winner so everyone has an equal chance to win.

It’s such a great idea to describe yourself with five words. I always have problems coming up with words to describe myself, but a couple of years ago I asked some friends and pen pals to use just one word to describe me. The range of words was interesting and surprising. I will see if I find the list and will send it to you via email then.
Your prizes are wonderful — and, of course, Theresa is such a dearheart. That’s the word which comes to my mind when I think of you, too — dearheart. It describes you so very well. I am glad we have become friends, Wendy — and I certainly treasure your friendship very much.

Hmm…5 words… Let me think about it while I tell you that this is a very nice giveaway! I love masks, was actually tempted to have a masquerade ball type wedding
I was intrigued by them when I was in Venice, had to come home with one hehehe. Okay, 5 words that describe me. Loyal, Caring, Loving, Nurturing and Musical. I am a fierce friend, and loyal to all my friends whom are loyal to me. I tend to care too much, often letting myself get hurt in the process. I love all in my life, whether as friends, family or pets 
I’m a nurturer by nature, everyone has always called me “motherly” yet I don’t intend on having children, so I suppose mothering everyone else is my outlet hehehehe. And I don’t play any instruments, but music is a large part of my life. I am always happier when listening to music, or singing.
