When it rains, it pours…I was blessed this morning to find out I’ve won not one, not two, but THREE blog awards given by two of my favorite blogger’s. Aine, from The Deepest Well and Willow from the newly renamed blog; Confessions of a Country Witch. Thank you both so much, Goddess’! These are my first blog awards so I’m feeling very honored and pleased as punch. (I wonder where that term originated from, as I wouldn’t be pleased to be punched, does anybody know?). So, on with the ”requirements.”

1) I have seven tattoo’s which I all had done at really big cross roads of my life. I’ll blog about them and the stories sometime.

4) I like to eat cold pizza in the morning for breakfast. ( I know kind of gross to some of you.)
5) I’ve had a mad fascination for Werwolves and Shapeshifters ever since I was a little girl (which has nothing do do with “Twilight” or any similar trendy related stuff.)
6) I used to be a pet groomer for six years.
7) I was born in U.C.L.A. hospital where my favorite actor of all times, James Dean once attended (obviously not a the same time.)

I don’t know where the expression ‘pleased as punch’ comes from but I’ve always assumed it was to do with Punch and Judy. Now I’ve got to find out!!

I think you’re right Lyn about “Punch and Judy”, I never liked those puppets because they seemed so loud and violent. So, while Punch may have been “pleased” obviously poor Judy wasn’t. And you’re very welcome for your awards and tag, glad you liked them.

I absolutely love cold pizza in the morning, better than hot pizza for lunch or dinner. Dog groomer – how did you like that? I was thinking of that myself….

I loved the dog grooming, Aine. It’s really hard physically and the money can be really good if you know what you’re doing. I started out by being a “brusher and bather” (not clipping the dogs at all) then I went to an actual dog grooming school which taught be good basics and training for all the different dog breeds. Look around at some local groomers and talk to them or talk to some mobile groomers. I’d love to know if you get into being a dog groomer : )
Oh yeah, and thank you for including a baby Murdock.
His little wings are so cute!
I thought of Murdock when I saw the picture. Kitties do look angelic when they’re sleeping but when they’re awake it’s a different story isn’t it?
